Upload only this audit dataset
Required columns are anonymous_customer_id, service_date, transaction_or_ro_id, transaction_amount, and service_category. Optional fields include vehicle descriptors, odometer, location ID, boolean contact-eligibility flags, and deferred-service category.
Never include personal or sensitive fields
Exclude names, phone numbers, email addresses, street addresses, VINs, license plates, dates of birth, payment data, and free-text customer notes. Boolean eligibility flags indicate only true/false—not contact values.
Validation and delivery
The intake checks CSV type, a 10 MB MVP size limit, required fields, prohibited fields, and basic dates/amounts. Source files are private to the order case. Delivery is locked until a human reviewer approves the aggregate report.
