The Reactivation Opportunity Audit is a $199 analytical service for independent automotive repair and maintenance shops. Its target delivery is three business days after RecaptureIQ receives a usable, authorized, de-identified CSV and complete intake context.

Findings, cohorts, and recovery scenarios are decision-support estimates tied to the available data and stated assumptions. They are not a promise of revenue, bookings, customer response, or campaign performance.

The audit does not include campaign execution, email/SMS sending, advertising, or data enrichment. A Reactivation Sprint consultation may be requested after the audit; it is separately scoped and quoted.
