RecaptureIQ’s audit intake is designed to avoid personal customer information. We ask for de-identified service history and business-operating context only.

Do not upload names, contact details, addresses, VINs, plates, payment data, dates of birth, or free-text customer notes. We use submitted audit information to prepare the requested analysis and related operational follow-up.

Private uploads and working records are kept out of the client delivery view. Approved delivery views contain aggregate findings, not raw source files. Contact us if you need to correct or discuss information you submitted.
